Hi, I’m Omar Issa, and I’m passionate about helping people feel confident and supported when making one of life’s biggest decisions. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property, exploring an investment, or relocating to a new area, I want you to feel that you have someone in your corner who genuinely listens, cares about your goals, and is committed to helping you every step of the way.
My approach to real estate comes from years of working with people in different roles, from being an Uber driver and managing stores in Daytona Beach to supervising at Pinkberry and building my own athletic-wear brand, Alfit/CAE (Change Adapt Evolve). Those experiences taught me that good service starts with listening, treating people with respect, staying dependable, and being willing to adapt when circumstances change. My interest in marketing has also helped me develop a creative and thoughtful approach to connecting people with opportunities.
Relocation is especially meaningful to me because I understand what it’s like to start over somewhere new. I grew up in Brooklyn, moved to Lebanon when I was five, and returned to the United States at 24. That experience gave me an appreciation for the excitement, questions, and adjustments that can come with a major move, and I enjoy helping others navigate that process.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active at the gym, playing pickleball, discovering great coffee shops, reading, spending time with animals, and studying theology. I also enjoy go-kart racing and have competed in Texas, taking first place in both 2023 and 2024. And if there’s one thing I’ll always make time for, it’s good food. I love exploring different cultures through their food, from baba ghanouj from Lebanon and alfajores from Argentina to ceviche from Peru, Brazilian steak, shawarma from Beirut, kebab from Turkey, and kabsa from Saudi Arabia.
I believe in the idea behind my Alfit/CAE brand: **Change. Adapt. Evolve.** Life is always changing, and sometimes those changes lead us to a new home, a new community, or an entirely new chapter. My goal is to be someone my clients can trust through those changes—someone who communicates openly, works hard, and genuinely cares about helping them move forward.
